All of those things are needed, but one thing that I see being needed more is the knowledge of cooking from scratch. I have found it is much cheaper in the long run to make things myself rather than buy processed foods. I know your readers have so many of these skills. So, I would like to offer a second challenge for all your readers. Find an outreach center in your area and see if you can help teach a class on scratch cooking or making household cleaners, or even meal planning.
